Hello, this Pinetop Jackson, and I'd like to welcome you to my 2nd channel! My main channel felt like it was getting a bit crowded, too much subject matter between the Guitarchaeology, the amateur woodworking w/ reclaimed materials, and doing random stuff with the kids...but I did want to start documenting another hobby of mine, hiking & urban exploration! This hobby started when I was a kid. I grew up in a small Indiana town, and any free time I had was spent outdoors, exploring woods, trails, railroad tracks, and of course venturing into any abandoned structures I came across! For nearly a decade we lived in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle...there's plenty of beautiful locations for hiking, but the creepy abandoned properties are harder to come by. Now my family lives in Detroit, and I am just AMAZED by all the huge abandoned factories & school buildings that are just wide open, begging to be explored!
